Due to the number of complaints I have received from customers I can not not recommend this particular model. If you are looking for good quality alternative I suggest the Vax S86-SF-CC Steam 10-in-1. There is a newer version of the H2O steam mop which has received better reviews H2O X5 5 in 1 Steam Mop.
