The mop is a little a flimsy but the advantage is that it is light.
You still need to scrub off ingrained dirt in the floor.
Some other customers have reported problems with the handle breaking off.
It does not clean the carpets very effectively.
The mop cloth tends to ruck up.
The manufacturer recommends that you use distilled water particularly in hard water areas which is quite expensive.
Not using distilled water invalidates the guarantee therefore can not recommend the mop if you intend to use just tap water.
Only one mop cloth supplied could do with a spare pad.
