The Russell Hobbs 20570 Steam Mop is easy to assemble in two ages. You first secure the body of the mop to the base with a screw and then attach the handle to the column.
To fill the water tank first remove it from the mop, unscrew the cap. The fill it with water from the tap using the measuring beaker.
The mop is lightweight and easy to steer.
The steam mop comes with two microfibre cleaning cloths. The cleaning cloths attach to the base by using a drawstring.
The amber light comes on when you switch the power for the steam mop on. On the front of the steam mop a green light indicates when it is ready to steam. To start steaming use the trigger switch on the handles back.
The triangular base allows you to easy clean to the edges of the room.
When cleaning carpets you need to place the base on the carpet guide. In other steam mops, you clip the carpet glider on.
When used on various floor types, like vinyl tiles and quarry tiles it cleaned them very quickly and the floors were try within minutes.
The carpet glider was easy to fit. There was no clips it just slots in. The carpets dried very quickly afterwards.

You can freshen up your carpet by using the carpet guider. The steam mop simply guides across the carpet or rugs without damaging the fibres of the carpet

What I dislike about the Russell Hobbs 20570 Steam Mop
The Russell Hobbs 20570 Steam Mop has no variable steam control but I do not consider this much of a disadvantage as when a mop hs variable control I tend to use the higher setting in the majority of times.
The base only fits on the carpet glider. Other steam mops it clips on which are more secure. On the other hand, there are no fiddly clips to put on.
